Stir-fry
I made the stir-fry...only I ate it...everyone else said yuck we don't like stir-fry..I said you eat at chinese restaurants...they said only crab ragoon and sweet and sour chicken...ugh...DH wants me to next time take the grocery money and give half to him and DS to eat out everynight while I do my healthy thing with the other half....DH says he can only have chicken with yellow rice and lots of cheese, steak, and that's about it....tomato sauces give him heartburn so do tacos and he hasn't liked any "healthy" dishes I've made so far...what's a gal to do....

I guess cook for yourself? Make yourself what you like and freeze what you don't eat in one meal? Then all the other times cook for the boys while you eat your frozen dinner?
That's frustrating, I know! Especially when you are trying to eat healthier and everybody else wants mac & cheese and hot dogs! I guess my suggestion it to buy for yourself what you need (obviously smaller amounts) and spend the rest on the boys. Always make something that you can eat along with the meal for your boys.
When I was eating low carb I would buy several bags of frozen broccoli and only fix it for myself, pairing it with a meat, and then make something for everyone else.
If you have a deep frier, that may help too. Fry breaded chicken and fries for the boys while you make something easy and healthy for yourself (stir-fry some broccoli and other veggies with cubed chicken adding soy sauce, ginger, vinegar, honey and garlic).
I'll keep you in prayer!
Blessings!

BTW: I will post that recipe for crockpot baked beans ASAP...it's been a busy week!!!
This makes me laugh, in a sadistic, glad I'm not the only one kinda way LOL. My husband is the hardest person to cook for. He wont eat:
rice
pasta
red sauces/tomatoe sauces
any seafood
any mexican food
beans
homemade bread
the other day he told me he didnt want cheese on his hotdog...this was new...no cheese, gasp!
Just know I feel your pain! You can send some of that stir fry this way!
