03.07.07 at God's House
From the Bread basket- at this time we all draw a Scripture verse out of a little basket and read them aloud....always a refreshing Word from the Lord.
Psalm 126:6- He that goeth forth and weepeth, bearing precious seed, shall doubtless come again with rejoicing, bringing his sheaves with him.
Psalm 34:17-The righteous cry, and the LORD heareth, and delivereth them out of all their troubles.
Psalm 34:22-The LORD redeemeth the soul of his servants: and none of them that trust in him shall be desolate.
Romans 8:28-And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to his purpose.
1 Peter 1:25-But the word of the Lord endureth for ever. And this is the word which by the gospel is preached unto you.
John 12:46-I am come a light into the world, that whosoever believeth on me should not abide in darkness.
What it means to be saved. "I got you out of Egypt, now you have to get Egypt out of you." (use the world for Egypt....ah, eye opening.....just wait for part 2!)
He talked about Charles Finney and the Welsh revival (although I thought he said welshry bible...LOL...hey it was a DVD.) which I found funny because the guy is talking to bible college students at a presbytarian(sp?) church....LOL. (freemasons and methodist stories...what a hoot)
II Cor. 6:16-17
16And what agreement hath the temple of God with idols? for ye are the temple of the living God; as God hath said, I will dwell in them, and walk in them; and I will be their God, and they shall be my people.

James 4:4

Acts 7:22-25

Call only & then to the desert for revelation (he was saying ask anyone the destination of the Israelites when they left Egypt....answer you hear is to go to the promise land...but not so, remember take them to the Mountain to worship and meet God.)
#1 - Get saved- honeymoon, daddy asking time
#2- a time of - what's up, not hearing my prayers?= desert/wilderness
-He supplied then and for us- only what we need (not starvation)- reveal Himself to us and bring us to Himself-Then will He bless abundantly
In closing:
I asked pastor a question my DH asked me...my DH told me his friend believes the rapture will happen before the signing of the "peace treaty" ...well I replied I couldn't sum a years worth of research up in 5 seconds but to me...the most important thing is to just be ready...we are very close.
So pastor had us look up
1 Thessalonians 5:3-4
3For when they shall say, Peace and safety; then sudden destruction cometh upon them, as travail upon a woman with child; and they shall not escape.

He is coming for His people soon...it is important to be ready!
