Shouldn't it be a loan and not a handout.. ..this way the companies are forced to take that money and turn a profit and make more than enough to pay it back...them pay it back....not us and our great, great, great grandchildren. And the sheer audacity to use that money for bonuses, raises, remodeling, and buying other companies....
I'm with those who said even the original 700 billion bailout should go to those who paid taxes, let us be able to pay off debt and then the companies would have in a way also gotten the money but through the proper channels.
A local radio station host called one of our (d) reps who voted yes to the 800+ billion bailout and left a message with that reps own words on his show that she would not pass bailouts with earmarks .... LOL
