first of all they still hold to the "good friday" timetable saying that is when His life was given as payment for sin. Then they hosts and participate in egg dying and/or egg hunts. They also stubbornly hold to a "sunrise" service because they think He Arose at sunrise and then they serve hot cross buns and resurrection rolls (both which have leavening in them and the celebration of remembering He Arose takes place during the week of Unleavened bread) alongside their ham (which we know Messiah would not have eaten).
{ jellybeans and marshmallows are no good to eat either unless none pig based gelatin was used :-( }
Yah has already told us when and how to come before Him and when and how to hold remembrance celebrations in His honor and did tell us not to do things as unto Him that He did not instruct.
Deuteronomy 12:29-31 (Tree of Life Version)
29 “When Adonai your God cuts off before you the nations that you are going in to dispossess, when you have dispossessed them and settled in their land, 30 be careful not to be trapped into imitating them after they have been destroyed before you. Do not inquire about their gods, saying, ‘How do these nations serve their gods? I will do the same.’ 31 You are not to act like this toward Adonai your God! For every abomination of Adonai, which He hates, they have done to their gods—they even burn their sons and daughters in the fire to their gods.
Research where some of these activities you plan to do with your child came from...do you really want your child to associate those things with Messiah?
