on 9.10.07 I strained and set a new brew to fermenting....DS asked if he could try some....just after DH declared he would never try the gross smelling stuff - funny it smells like beer to me...but I don't drink so I may have the smell of liquor wrong or something...but DH does like the occasional drink so I thought he would like the smell...?
So back to DS, I told him he could have a sip to try it. He downed it and loved it. He's been asking for a cup of "bucha" everyday since.

on theFIRM front: I did cardio party again today...I'm slowly getting my legs and arms to do the steps, still not adding in the hips yet...that throws me off
