HSM#8: Study Spot

We rotate where we "study". Sometimes in my son's room, sometimes in mine, sometimes the living room, and sometimes the dining room. We've even been known to be getting that literature story in while DS was bathing in the past. I'd love to be able to educate outside but DS can't sit still very long and he'd be running off out of ear shot of me while I'm reading to him. So because of the "ants in his pants" right now my preferred spot is the dining table simply because there's a place to set things and room enough. Don't get me wrong for just reading a story I do love to cuddle with my son as well. I guess that's why we rotate where we will have lesson time at.

Funny about the ants in his pants! Having schooled three boys, I understand!! Thanks for sharing. :)

My boys do have ants in the pants, too! I have enjoyed reading your post. Have a wonderful rest of the week.

Do all boys have ants in their pants? My son was the same way when he was younger.

I've enjoyed the times when my kids and I cuddled together on the couch or my bed reading a book. Now the kids are older and find it embarrassing to cuddle with mom or have her read to them. Kids....
